As President and CEO of Busker Communications, Bobby has taken his vision and grown an organization from 3 employees its first year (Dec. 1999) to nearly 100 today. His philosophy is to take the best in class of people internally and have them service their external customers by constantly exceeding their expectations.  Bobby’s staff demonstrates the attitude and loyalty that is proven in our customer following of more than 95+% repeat business.  These attributes are reflected again in a company that touts very little internal churn as well.  Busker Communications Inc. is one of a kind in this industry with a lengthy client list who agree.  Bobby Busker brings more than 20 years to his organization and is a member of BICSI and Georgia Licensed Low Voltage Contractor.

Dave Pargoff, Engineering

Dave Pargoff, RCDD, serves as Director of Engineering at BCI.  Prior to serving in this role, Dave headed BCI's engineering department.  In his 18 years of industry experience, he has engineered millions of dollars in cabling projects, project-managed million dollar accounts, and trained dozens of field personnel.  Prior to BCI, Dave worked for Michigan Bell, Ohio Bell, Ameritech, and Nynex in roles ranging from Service Operations to District Supervisor.  Mr. Pargoff is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer and a member of BICSI.

Scott Shands, Sales Manager

Scott role on the Busker Communications team is as the Sales Manager, focused on providing Atlanta's premier companies with state of the art Structured Wiring, Security, and Audio/Video systems.  Mr. Shands has over 20 years of experience in the voice/data communications industry with positions in installation, project management, operations, and sales.  Scott has been instrumental in securing contracts to provide structured wiring services with many of Atlanta's High Tech companies including:  Alltel, Emory, eDeltacom, IBM, Powertel, and WorldCom.  Mr. Shands also holds (RCDD) the designation of Registered Communications Distribution Designer for over 12 years, has completed BICSI's Telecommunications Project Management, and holds a current Georgia Low Voltage License and numerous manufactures certifications.
